Is charged for rental of the entire villa per night and is subject to change without notice. Villa can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless arranged otherwise, cancellations received 90 days from arrival are non-refundable.

These charges only apply should Areia de Inhassoro makes a loss as a direct result of the cancellation. If no losses are incurred and the dates are re-sold, only a 10% handling fee is applicable.
LODGE RULES
-
Areia de Inhassoro is powered solely by solar, with the assistance of a back-up generator. This assures 24/7 electricity but unfortunately only allows the lodge to run the air-conditioners in occupied rooms during the evenings. The air-conditioners are started at 8:00pm and switched off at 5am every morning. Ceiling fans can run all day and all night.

No additional deep freezes/fridges are allowed. We have more than enough freezing capacity at the lodge.

Unfortunately no hair dryers are allowed.
